Cameron MacCarthy joins the Calgary office
Calgary (April 4, 2023) – Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) welcomes Cameron MacCarthy to the firm as a partner in our Corporate & Capital Markets Group.
Cameron maintains a broad business law practice, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate reorganizations and corporate finance. He also has extensive experience in the negotiation of shareholder agreements, investor rights agreements, advising on corporate governance matters and assisting clients with complex commercial arrangements.
