Stephanie regularly acts for employers in employment-related matters, including:
- Employment litigation;
- Wrongful dismissal actions;
- Workers’ compensation;
- Occupational health and safety;
- Human rights;
- Workplace investigations; and
- Labour relations.
She also helps clients draft employment agreements and termination letters, and assists with severance package reviews and negotiations.
Stephanie represents clients before the Alberta Provincial Court, the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Prior to joining BLG, Stephanie worked for a mid-sized, Calgary-based firm. There she had a broad practice, with particular focus on construction disputes and insurance claim defence matters.
