George is a corporate and securities lawyer with a particular focus on the mining industry. He advises public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and general corporate matters.
George’s experience includes acquisitions and dispositions of companies, mines and mineral projects, public and private equity financings, initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, royalty and metal streaming agreements and other strategic transactions.
He also advises public companies on securities law, stock exchange compliance, corporate governance, continuous disclosure and mineral project disclosure under National Instrument 43-101.
