  • Representation of a banking syndicate in setting up a $1.3 billion credit facility for a textile industry company.
  • Representation of a 5-bank syndicate in the establishment of credit facilities for the acquisition of a major equipment rental franchisor by a private investment fund.
  • Representation of a banking syndicate in ALDO Group’s (retail) insolvency filing under the CCAA and Chapter 15.
  • Representation of a banking syndicate regarding a medical and imaging company’s acquisition financing.
  • Representation of a banking syndicate in setting up Bell Canada’s syndicated credit facilities.
  • Representation of a shipbuilder in connection with the establishment of credit facilities by the Québec government.
