Francesca is a summer student at BLG’s Toronto office for the 2024 summer term.

As a law student, Francesca serves as a Senior Editor at the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues, mentors students through the Peer Mentorship Program, and provides support with legal research through her role as an Associate with LexisNexis. Francesca has also competed in four moots, including the Transnational Law Moot and the Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Law Moot.

Prior to law school, Francesca completed a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law at Queen’s University, Faculty of Law. During her undergraduate studies, she balanced academics with her role as an athlete on the Varsity Blues Women’s Rugby Team at the University of Toronto.

Francesca chose BLG after meeting several members of the firm through the recruit process. She appreciated the firm’s commitment to excellence, authenticity, community, and professional development.

In her spare time, you can find Francesca staying active at the gym, playing guitar, watching thrillers, or at a concert.
