Francesca is an articling student at BLG’s Toronto office for the 2025-2026 term.
In law school, Francesca served as a Senior Editor at the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues and mentored students through the Peer Mentorship Program. Francesca has competed in and judged several moots, including the Transnational Law Moot and the Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Law Moot. Francesca also obtained a certificate in Public International Law while participating in the Queen's University International Law Program at Bader College in the United Kingdom.
Prior to law school, Francesca completed a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law at Queen's University, Faculty of Law. During her undergraduate studies, she balanced academics with her role as an athlete on the Varsity Blues Women's Rugby Team at the University of Toronto.
Francesca chose BLG after meeting several members of the firm through the recruit process. She appreciated the firm's commitment to excellence, authenticity, community, and professional development.
In her spare time, you can find Francesca staying active at the gym, running, playing guitar, watching/reading thrillers, or at a concert.
