On Feb. 3, 2022, Marlin Equity Partners (Marlin) announced the acquisition of InFlight, a leading software platform that helps enterprise organizations modernize their business applications and improve talent acquisition and the overall employee experience. The company's solution allows enterprises to extend the life of their existing human capital management systems and create modern, web-based user experiences that are integrated with their systems of record. InFlight will be merged with Skuid, an existing Marlin portfolio company, significantly enhancing Skuid's cloud application development platform with a more comprehensive offering for enterprises that are seeking to optimize their people operations with speed and ease.
