Please join us for the third session in BLG’s 2018 Aging Investors Seminar Series.
In our first two sessions, we heard from the regulators about their expectations and received practical advice from industry experts on meeting the needs of an aging population. In our third session, you will hear from BLG lawyers who have experience in representing financial institutions on legal issues that regularly arise in connection with older investors. The seminar will be based on factual scenarios involving estates, powers of attorney and suspected mental incapacity.
