New Role Highlights Commitment to Client Service
Toronto (March 19, 2018) — Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) announces that Graham D. Ross has been appointed as Chief Client Officer based in the Firm’s Toronto office. The creation of this new role demonstrates the firm's ongoing effort to provide clients with world class legal services supported by best-in-class business services.
Mr. Ross is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s business development, marketing and client programs. He has been in professional services business development for over 15 years, including in the legal, accounting and technology sectors.

As part of the evolution of the firm's business services function, Mr. Ross joins the Firm’s professional management team, including Rob Morris, Chief Operating Officer and Phil Donnelly, Chief Talent Officer. Mr. Morris is responsible for leading and directing all operational functions and delivering on the Firm's strategy across all areas. Mr. Donnelly is responsible for all aspects of talent management across BLG nationally, for the firm's partners and all legal and business services professionals.
Tamara Costa recently joined BLG as National Director, Marketing and Communications. She is responsible for the firm's marketing strategy, external communications initiatives and brand profile. She works closely with firm leadership, partners and the business development team to drive business results.
