Cait previously acted as litigation counsel in the enforcement branch at the Ontario Securities Commission.
The Litigation Counsel of America is an invitation-only, honorary society of 3,500 of the best trial lawyers in the legal industry. The LCA recognizes deserving, experienced and highly qualified lawyers, and provides additional sources for professional development, community involvement and the promotion of ethical standards in the practice of law.
Fellows are selected and invited into the fellowship after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation.
