- Acted for WH Hospitality in connection with its acquisition and financing of the Hotel PUR in Québec City.
- Acted for Autocanada in connection with the acquisition of BMW Canbec and BMW Laval.
- Acted for CiToxLAB Group Inc. in connection with its acquisition of AccelLAB Inc.
- Assisted Northern Property REIT in its creation of a $3 billion national multi-family REIT through the acquisition of True North Apartment REIT and a $535 million multi-family real estate portfolio managed by Starlight Investments Ltd.
- Represents both Bell Canada and SNC-LAVALIN O&M SOLUTIONS INC. in the management of Bell Canada’s real estate portfolio.
