Kevin practises in litigation, particularly in civil, commercial or construction law and class action proceedings.
A few years ago, he worked as a student on the BLG team that successfully defended the interests of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company in a class action related to the Lac-Mégantic train derailment.
Prior to joining BLG, Kevin served as a law clerk for the Honourable Christine Baudouin, a justice of the Québec Court of Appeal. Before that, he also articled at the Superior Court of Québec for the Honourable Judith Harvie and the Honourable Anne-France Gagnon.
