Nicholas is an associate in BLG’s Corporate and Capital Markets Group, with a practice focused on public and private mergers and acquisitions.
Nicholas also advises reporting issuers, private companies and underwriters on corporate finance, securities and general corporate commercial matters.
Before returning as an associate, Nicholas joined BLG as a summer student and completed his articles at the firm. He also gained experience in the sports industry as a hockey agent in Toronto.
