Jennifer works with and supports BLG’s paraprofessionals nationally, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and our paraprofessionals have market-leading career opportunities.

In her role, Jennifer creates career paths, training opportunities and manages workflow capacity to ensure the paraprofessional role is a key member of the client team. 

Jennifer has a passion for innovation and uses it to introduce leading technology, programs, policies and procedures that bring new and exciting ways of working. She also enjoys using data and analytics to find opportunities to improve the paraprofessional experience and legal service delivery.

Jennifer joined BLG as a law clerk in 2003, specializing in intellectual property. She progressed through a number of leadership roles, including as the firm’s national IP Operations Manager.

As Director, Paraprofessional Services, her combined knowledge of the paraprofessional role and business operations gives her a unique perspective to help advance the role and career paths of BLG’s paraprofessionals.
