Jen ensures our Intellectual Property Group operates in a way that delivers the highest value to clients.

In her national role, Jen manages the group’s team of paraprofessionals and oversees day-to-day operations, which encompasses everything from processes and workflow to human resources, finance, and information technology.

She also evaluates the group’s procedures and processes to make sure they follow best practices, mitigate risks and maximize efficiency.

Jen monitors the latest changes to IP law and updates business processes to reflect new developments.

Prior to becoming operations manager, she served as a law clerk in the IP Group, working in the area of foreign, U.S. and PCT patent filings and prosecution.

She also has extensive knowledge in the area of Canadian patent practice.

Jen brings over two decades of experience working in the IP field.
