Valérie works with firm management to develop and implement specific recruitment programs for partners. She also provides Talent services to all legal professionals throughout their relationship with the firm and she is the first point of contact for current and prospective BLG legal professionals in our Montréal office.
Within her role, Valérie works closely with firm leaders to align business and talent strategies on regional and national platforms. She also supports our legal professionals to help them achieve their career objectives:

Valérie started her career at BLG as a lawyer in our Labour and Employment group, before dedicating herself to student recruitment for the Montréal office, and then more broadly to professional resources.
