Evan practices in our Commercial Real Estate group.
His practice includes acting for purchasers and vendors, acting for landlords and tenants in leasing matters, and advising on commercial agreements and transactions. In addition, Evan actively advises companies on foreign ownership and regulatory compliance.
Evan summered and articled with BLG prior to joining the firm as an associate.
