Christine’s practice focuses on developing and financing of infrastructure projects, including public infrastructure, and on secondary transactions in the infrastructure space.

She advises project developers on the commercial and financial aspects of public-private partnerships. Christine is also a seasoned transactional lawyer with multi-jurisdictional legal and commercial experience in infrastructure, public and private M&A, debt and equity capital raisings, strategic acquisitions, and business integration.

Christine previously served as in-house counsel for the Canadian project finance arm of a global construction company and in-house counsel to the corporate finance division of an international investment bank. She is known for her balanced approach to business risk issues.
