Émilie is developing a broad civil litigation practice, encompassing commercial and civil disputes, with a particular focus on administrative and public law. She is pleased to offer services in English and in French.
Before joining BLG, Émilie served as a law clerk to Justice Michelle O’Bonsawin at the Supreme Court of Canada and to Justice Richard Boivin at the Federal Court of Appeal, where she gained invaluable insight into appellate advocacy.
