Francis specializes in tax and advises clients on matters related to corporate tax, due diligence, tax audits and reorganization, and estate planning. His practice encompasses the tax component of major transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions
Francis also supports companies and their leadership in matters related to tax authority, such as Revenu Québec and the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), and helps prepare them for their appearance before various courts.
Prior to joining the Tax Group as an associate, he worked as a student and articled at BLG.
