Maude Lamoureux-Bisson practices primarily in the fields of civil and commercial litigation, as well as class actions. She is part of the BLG team currently representing the Canadian Pacific Railway Company in a class action related to the Lac Mégantic train derailment and is part of BLG team acting for Aéroports de Montréal in various litigations, including class actions.
After completing her legal studies at the Université de Sherbrooke, Maude held the position of law clerk to the Honourable Justice Geneviève Marcotte of the Québec Court of Appeal for two years before joining BLG. In 2014-2015, she articled for the judges of the Court of Québec’s Youth Division, working under the direction of the Honourable Judge Lise Gagnon.
