Inga is responsible for the development and implementation of BLG’s talent strategy in order to attract, develop, retain and engage high quality talent. She leads a team of professionals in the Firm's professional resources, recruitment, professional development, equity, diversity & inclusion, and human resources departments and is committed to delivering the Firm’s vision and building the culture that is team-oriented, one-firm, collegial and committed to professional excellence.

A recognized senior talent management executive with over 25 years of global experience, Inga acts as a key advisor to the national leadership team and provides strategic guidance on all talent management and human resources matters.

Throughout her career Inga has worked for a variety of leading law firms and professional services firms in Canada, Europe, the U.K., the Caribbean and the U.S. Prior to joining BLG, Inga was the U.S. Chief Talent Officer for a large global law firm in New York, where she led and guided a full range of recruitment, development, human resource, talent innovation, engagement, and diversity and inclusion and strategy initiatives.

Inga is passionate about technology, community and entrepreneurship and is a frequent speaker, contributor and a mentor.
