Kathy is involved in all aspects of the development, sale, and financing of land development projects and multi-unit residential and mixed-use condominium projects.
She acts for developers of prime residential projects, including providing early advice for governance options through either a condominium development or homeowners’ association. She also acts for high-rise mixed-use condominium developers, assisting with mixed-use concerns, air space and subsurface rights and phasing options.
She advises on many condominium developments, including bare-land and high-rise developments and re-divisions. As well, she has organized homeowner associations in connection with integrated residential developments.
