Patrice Morin



Patrice Morin’s practice is focused on construction law. He advises owners, architects, engineers, insurers and contractors in all legal aspects of their business and represents them in court or before arbitration/mediation boards.

In particular, he drafts calls for tenders and construction contracts in all types of commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects and acts in matters relating to product liability litigation.

Patrice has acquired extensive experience in litigation matters before all levels of Quebec courts. Among other things, he acts in many complex files and has significant experience in long-term trials. He also provides advice on cross-border litigation issues and provides recommendations relating to regulatory aspects of the construction industry.

Patrice manages the team of legal professionals responsible for handling multiple claims and for specific projects involving our clients.

He regularly appears as guest speaker for conferences given in the construction industry.
