Andréanne practises mainly labour and employment law. She advises and defends companies of all sizes, both unionized and non-unionized, especially regarding:

  • Human resource management, including hiring, performance evaluation and terminations
  • Disciplinary measures and dismissals
  • Psychological harassment and workplace investigations
  • Labour standards
  • Employment contracts or collective bargaining agreements (drafting, interpretation and enforcement)
  • Internal policies

While Andréanne favours the strategic prevention of disputes and out-of-court settlements, she also represents her clients’ interests in proceedings before administrative and civil courts like the Administrative Labour Tribunal, the Court of Québec, and the Superior Court of Québec.

Andréanne worked as a student and articled at BLG before returning as an associate in 2022.
