Meghan maintains a diverse practice that includes advocating on behalf of health care clients in complex medical malpractice litigation and administrative law matters. Meghan partners with a variety of health care organizations to help assess and manage risk, focusing on client-centred and practical solutions.
Meghan works directly with health care organizations to assist with complex consent and capacity issues and mental health law. She also assists with responding to adverse events and discharge planning. Meghan has a particular interest on the impact of emerging technologies on health care.
Meghan has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal for Ontario, Consent and Capacity Board and Ontario Review Board. Meghan has acted as counsel in other venues for dispute resolution.
