Matthew's practice focuses on procuring, closing and delivering large infrastructure projects, especially through public-private partnership (P3) models.

His experience spans complex infrastructure projects across several asset classes, including: highways, healthcare facilities, correctional facilities, courthouses, transit projects and community safety.

Matthew advises on high-value and complex matters throughout every stage of the project lifecycle, from inception to operations, including claims and disputes during implementation.

Prior to joining BLG, Matthew worked at Infrastructure Ontario and advised on several transformational infrastructure projects in Ontario. Matthew developed a deep understanding of the problem points, commercial considerations and practical realities associated with procuring, closing and delivering major projects. He regularly works with large interdisciplinary teams to build consensus and solve problems.
