Stacey works with paraprofessionals nationally to support the Intellectual Property Group.

In her role, she co-ordinates and supports career management, capacity management, performance management and talent development programs for paraprofessionals.

Stacey has worked in the intellectual property field since 2001, focusing on trademarks. She has extensive experience in handling all areas of trademark prosecution and contentious matters, specializing in:

  • Prosecution of domestic and foreign trademark applications;
  • Enforcement of registered and common law trademarks, including trademark oppositions and summary cancellation proceedings; and
  • Legal proceedings in the federal court.

Stacey takes pride in providing clients with exemplary service.

Stacey previously held the position of Team Lead within BLG’s Trademark department, focusing on providing excellent service to clients and exploring and implementing process improvements.
