Adam has a broad scope of experience related to land use and urban planning and related provincial and municipal policy documents.

He assists lawyers by:

  • advising on applicable planning regimes
  • analyzing policy options
  • preparing formal memoranda and letters
  • generating supporting arguments and documents
  • providing research assistance and planning rationale, fact finding and due diligence work

Additionally, Adam is involved in various project management roles. He also attends public meetings on behalf of clients and meets with politicians and city staff to present and discuss development proposals.

Adam also prepares planning documentation for OLT, TLAB and expropriation proceedings.
