Kristy Song is a paralegal in our Vancouver office working in the Banking and Financial Services group. Kristy assists in all aspects of the transactions involving commercial banking for various financial institutions and private lenders. Kristy's duties include reviewing loan agreements, conducting and reviewing due diligence searches, preparing security documents, attending to registration in appropriate registries, preparing final reports and working directly with clients, counsel for adverse parties, agents and Land Title personnel.
