Rachel is an articling student at BLG’s Toronto office for the 2023-2024 term.

During law school, Rachel was an executive editor for the McGill Law Journal and worked as a research assistant at McGill University and the University of Toronto. Prior to joining BLG, Rachel also worked at the Bennett Institute for Public Policy at Cambridge University and at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto.

Rachel chose to work at BLG after hearing many positive things about the student program from friends who had summered at the firm. Throughout the interview process, she was impressed by the firm’s emphasis on mentorship and the support they provide for students.

In Rachel’s spare time, she enjoys dancing with friends, designing and sewing clothing, and practicing yoga.
