Articling Student

[email protected]

Jessica is a 2023 articling student at BLG's Vancouver office.

Jessica completed a dual degree and obtained her Masters of Arts in International Affairs from Carlton University's Norman Patterson School of International Affairs. At law school, Jessica worked as a research assistant, supporting and coordinating Indigenous intellectual property law research. In addition, she volunteered as a peer mentor for first-year law students. Prior to joining BLG, Jessica worked at Health Canada in the Tobacco Control Directorate and as a canoe-tripping guide in northern Ontario.

Jessica chose to work at BLG because of the welcoming environment and dynamic culture. She appreciates BLG's approach to student development and how the firm provides students with the resources for success.

In her spare time, Jessica likes to hike, rock climb, and explore Vancouver, her new home city.
