As a Summer Law Student, Andrea is assisting lawyers on a wide variety of tasks within our Business and Disputes groups.
Prior to attending law school, Andrea received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and a Minor in Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University.
As a law student at Thompson Rivers University, Andrea is an active member of the faculty’s community. She is the Co-President of the TRU Women in Law Society, a TRU Law Ambassador, and a mentor to 1L students. Andrea assists the Dean in researching strategic projects as a WorkStudy student. In her second year, Andrea earned the Dean’s Course Prize in Sports Law: Professional Leagues and was awarded the Stewart Family Award.
Andrea chose to work at BLG due to the firm's focus on mentorship and its commitment to cultivating a collaborative and collegial environment. With a strong interest in business law, Andrea was drawn to BLG’s exceptional national reputation and meaningful professional opportunities.
In her spare time, Andrea enjoys playing and coaching volleyball, exercising, baking, and trying new restaurants.
