On Feb.22, 2022, True Wind Capital (True Wind), a San Francisco-based private equity firm focused on investing in leading technology companies, today announced a significant growth investment in Sterling Capital Brokers (Sterling), one of Canada's leading independent benefit consulting firms that provides proprietary technology solutions to high-growth businesses and multinational enterprises. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
