April 15, 2024, Toronto, Ont., George Brown College, together with its partner, Halmont Properties Corporation acquired 25 Dockside Drive, Toronto, Ont. for $232.5 million. This property, also known as Corus Quay, positions George Brown College for long-term expansion and to create a consolidated waterfront campus in the heart of downtown Toronto. This acquisition is part of a larger 2050 plan for future academic space.
