Michael is a trusted advisor to a range of stakeholders, including independent power producers, utilities, governments, investors and energy developers, on sophisticated energy mandates involving mergers and acquisitions, project development, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, including Indigenous equity participation structures.
Michael also supports clients with corporate and commercial matters, including limited partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, commercial agreements, corporate governance and complex corporate reorganizations.
