Jacob's practice focuses on corporate finance and capital markets regulation with an emphasis on regulatory and compliance matters.
He has regulatory and commercial experience with exemptive relief applications, offerings under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption, and the regulation of crypto assets.
Before joining BLG, Jacob worked as a legal intern with the Corporate Finance division of the British Columbia Securities Commission.
