Laurianne leads programs geared towards associates, including talent management, mentoring, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and career development. She also works with practice groups to support lateral partner hiring.
Before moving into her role as Director, Talent Advisory – Legal, Laurianne managed university recruiting, student and articling programs, and also handled lateral hiring of associates and paraprofessionals.
Prior to joining BLG, Laurianne was a tax litigation partner at a major Montréal firm.
