Elizabeth practices regulatory and administrative law, with a particular focus on transportation matters. She represents clients in litigation and arbitration, regulatory hearings, and judicial reviews of administrative decisions. She regularly appears before the Canadian Transportation Agency defending and advancing road and utility crossing applications, and defending rail carriers against noise and vibration complaints.

Elizabeth has extensive experience representing clients in the fields of transportation and logistics, especially rail carriers. In addition to her advocacy work, Elizabeth provides advice concerning the negotiation of road and utility crossing agreements, the development of new railway lines, submissions to government agencies on proposed regulations and standards, regulatory compliance, and various other transportation matters.

Elizabeth has appeared before the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, provincial and superior courts of British Columbia and Alberta, and the Canadian Transportation Agency.
