Carla's practice focuses on securities and corporate law, including public and private offerings, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and asset/share purchase transactions.
Prior to attending law school, Carla worked for the Workers' Compensation Board - Alberta. She summered and articled at BLG before returning as an associate.
