She has led or participated in public-private infrastructure projects, as well as commercial transactions involving the sale or acquisition of businesses, corporate reorganizations and joint ventures.

Patricia is the Montréal regional chair of our Privacy and Data Protection Group. She has advised various clients to ensure their activities, practices, websites and commercial documents are compliant with privacy laws.

  • Signature on the Saint-Laurent in connection with the Champlain Bridge Replacement Project
  • Société québécoise des infrastructures in connection with the design, construction, financing and maintenance of the AMT Train Maintenance Centre Project
  • A member of the successful bidding consortium of the Hydro-Québec Data Centre Project
  • Capstone Power Corp. in connection with the design, construction, installation and commissioning of the 24MW Saint-Philémon Wind Farm Project
  • Eaton Vance Corp. with the acquisition of an equity interest in Hexavest Inc.
  • Toys "R" Us Canada in its negotiation of an outsourcing agreement with SCI Logistics Inc. in the creation of a distribution centre
  • RePower Systems in connection with the design, construction and installation of the Rivière-au-Renard Wind Farm
  • Nokia Siemens Networks Canada Inc. in the negotiation and implementation of a $250 million contract for the design, construction and provision of an advanced wireless network for Videotron Ltée
  • The design-builder of the A-25 Highway, a $207 million P3 project
  • Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT with the development, acquisition, financing and management of more than 20 seniors' housing residences
  • The lead underwriter and the banking syndicate in connection with the $234 million IPO and private financing of Innergex Power Income Fund
