Sean maintains a diversified litigation and dispute resolution practice with a focus on commercial litigation, administrative law, and appellate advocacy. He has experience advising clients in shareholder disputes, transactional litigation, fraud recovery, and contractual and tort disputes.
Sean represents domestic and international clients, both public and private, across a broad range of industries including mining, natural resources, and banking and financial services.
Sean has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in British Columbia and in the Federal Court of Appeal. Prior to joining BLG, Sean practiced litigation at another national firm.
Outside of his practice, Sean sits as the Vice-President of the Vancouver Bar Association and volunteers as a mentor with the British Columbia Branch of the Canadian Bar Association.
