Shannan Hill



Shannan has more than 29 years of experience in the legal field. For the past 15 years her focus has been civil litigation/disputes, both in the construction and insurance industries.

Shannan assists the firm’s lawyers and clients in large- and small-scale construction disputes matters. Her responsibilities include:

  • daily file management;
  • document production during the discovery process;
  • research;
  • drafting pleadings and other court documents;
  • registration of builders’ liens; and
  • assisting with preparation for arbitrations and trials.

Shannan has procedural knowledge and experience in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, the Alberta Court of Appeal and the Provincial Court of Alberta, as well as construction arbitration experience.
