Alyssa is a management-side labour and employment lawyer. Her practice involves advising clients in both the private and public sectors on a variety of matters related to litigation, employment law and human rights.

She represents employers in litigation disputes including proceedings involving wrongful dismissals, breach of non-competition and non-solicitation obligations, misuse of confidential information, human rights complaints, and employee fraud.

Alyssa also advises employers on a variety of day-to-day employment matters, including employee accommodations, terminations, employment standards, and employment contract and policy reviews.
