Meghan is In-House Counsel to the firm, with a focus on risk and conflicts.
She is a skilled advocate and member of the Risk team, advising colleagues on ethical and professional responsibilities, as well as conflicts of interest. In her role, she provides guidance on crucial areas such as information security, regulatory compliance, professional conduct requirements and risk related assessments.
Meghan contributes to the Firm’s professional developments initiatives, assisting in the design and delivery of legal training and education at the Firm.
Prior to joining BLG, Meghan gained compliance and anti-money laundering experience at an international bank, developing an understanding of regulatory frameworks, corporate risk management, KYC and due diligence procedures before transitioning to practice in estate litigation, civil litigation, and family law.
