Sean maintains a broad tax practice focusing on tax planning for private companies and clients, estate planning, and advising on tax matters involving corporate and commercial transactions.
Prior to joining BLG, Sean first articled then became an associate at a Calgary-based law firm, integrating their corporate and commercial group.
Before pursuing a career in law, he worked as an accountant specializing in audit, assurance and financial reporting.
