A partner in our Business Law Group, François advises developers, contractors and owners on the structuring and delivery of complex infrastructure and construction projects.
He is involved at all stages of the project lifecycle, in both collaborative delivery models and more traditional procurement structures, with a particular focus on drafting and negotiating large scale contracts, managing contractual risk, and providing strategic support to project teams.
François is known for his collaborative, accessible and solution driven approach. He works closely with clients and project stakeholders to align legal, commercial and operational objectives. With a strong understanding of commercial considerations, he develops contractual solutions that support both a project’s economic goals and its practical realities on the ground. He values clear communication, trust and efficiency, and is widely regarded as a practical and constructive legal partner on major, high stakes projects.
Based in Montréal, François advises on projects with a national scope, and regularly works in multidisciplinary environments where collaboration and stakeholder alignment are critical to project success.
