Aidan maintains a general litigation practice, with a focus on commercial disputes, energy disputes, construction disputes, class actions, and injunctions.
Aidan has assisted with oil & gas trials before the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench.
During law school, Aidan participated and placed in a number of moots, including The Laskin, The Gale Cup, Dickson Medal, University of Alberta Brimacombe Moot, and the University of Alberta Dean’s Cup Moot.
Aidan was the recipient of the 2021 Mandy MacLeod Prize for Excellence in Mooting, the 2021 Joseph Paul Bromlik Scholarship for Excellence in Advocacy, the 2021 Rhonda Zacharias Memorial Award, and the 2020 Criminal Trial Lawyers Association Prize in Evidence.
Aidan also completed internships with the Alberta Court of Appeal and Office of the Judge Advocate General. He summered and articled at BLG before joining the firm as an associate.
