Ashley identifies as Métis and has a special interest in assisting Indigenous clients with real estate and financing matters, including the development of affordable housing projects
In addition to commercial real estate matters, Ashley has extensive experience in franchising law, advising franchisors with respect to franchising agreements, disclosure requirements and area development agreements.
