Kate assists clients and lawyers in the Disputes Group, primarily focusing on commercial and construction litigation, and domestic and international arbitration. She also provides support in insurance and tort liability matters.
Kate assists with:
- Conducting property, corporate and court document searches;
- Filing documents with the land title office, the Supreme Court of British Columbia registry and the British Columbia Court of Appeal registry;
- Document discovery;
- Drafting pleadings; and
- Hearing and trial preparation.
